Financial Policy

Every effort will be made to assist every patient possible.  However, guidelines must be created for patients to have proper expectations and for the practice to achieve those expectations.

As a patient of Neurosurgeons for Kids you authorize your insurance benefits to be paid directly to Florida Physicians Medical Group.

You understand and agree that, regardless of your insurance status, you as a patient, parent, legal guardian and /or person accompanying a child to the office are ultimately responsible for the balance on your account for any professional services rendered.

All payments such as co-payment, coinsurance or deductible balances are due at the time of service; please note that balances due over thirty days must be paid prior to the next office visit.

Just as we make an effort to provide excellent care to our patients, we ask that you make an effort to pay your bill promptly. All past due accounts are subject to a collection process from our billing department; if your account become delinquent the account will be turned over to a collection agency. You may contact our billing office to establish a payment plan or to get more information about our payment options.
